Omoné O. Livingston, MSCE, CCM, ENV SP, Engineer and Visionary CEO
Omoné O. Livingston is the Founder, President & CEO of O2 Group, LLC , incorporated in 2024. She has nearly 32 years of experience as a Civil/Environmental/Structural Engineer, Construction Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Operations Executive Manager, working on projects from small to up to $9.5 Billion programs. Her expertise spans project management, construction management, project controls, staffing, cost and schedule control, planning, and design of various large capital projects.
Omoné holds a Master of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from UCLA and a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Structural Engineering from CSUN. She is an Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP), and is pursuing her Professional Engineering (PE) License.
She is actively involved in several organizations, including the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) Southern California Chapter Foundation, ACE Mentor Program L.A./O.C. Chapter, and the City of Los Angeles Public Works Ad-Hoc Business Advisory Committee. Additionally, she serves on advisory boards and councils at CSUN and other professional associations like ASCE, NSBE, NAMC, USWCC, GLAAACC, LAACC, and COMTO. Omoné is also a life member of the Los Angeles Council of Black Professional Engineers and has been involved with Caltrans committees and the CMAA Southern California Chapter.
